Missy Brooks

Missy Brooks is the camp director and coordinator of Saint Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC).  She is a Division I and Division II NCAA Women's Basketball Official, for 11 years, working in the Big Ten, SEC, Sunbelt, Atlantic 10, Ohio Valley, Missouri Valley, Big 12, Summit League, Big East, MIAA, Great Lakes and American conferences.  She has made several appearances for the conference tournaments, NCAA Division I tournaments, NCAA Division II tournaments, NAIA and WNIT.  Previous to working as a women's basketball official, she was the Women's Head Basketball Coach with William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri.

Todd Burchyett

Todd Burchyett has 27 years officiating Women's Basketball experience working several levels up to Division I in Big 12, Conference USA, Southland, WAC, Sunbelt, MVC along with MIAA and SLIAC.  He has made several appearances at conference tournaments and NCAA tournaments.  He additionally functions as an observer for Altantic 10, MIAA and Division III level.  He has served as a clinician for several regional camps mentoring new and upcoming officials.

He additionally is the Director of competition for the Saint Louis District Golf Association and owns and operates DTBz Productions whose goal is to provide and marketing and marketing content for enterprises.

Rachel Monroe

Rachel Monroe is a NCAA Women's Basketball Official that has over 20 years experience at different levels of officiating with the last 10 years in Division I.  She currently works seven Division I conferences and has made appearances for the conference tournaments and has made appearances for the NCAA Division I tournament the last 2 years.  Rachel is also a passionate teacher and motivated speaker who loves to mentor officials in the "off-court" requirements of being a great official and officiating partner.  She has worked with Missy Brooks and other regional camps as a clinician.

Ty Bills

Ty Bills is  a Division I NCAA Women's Basketball Official working for the Sunbelt, Missouri Valley, Summit League, Big East, Atlantic 10, Ohio Valley, Atlantic Sun and Western Athletic conferences.  He has made several appearances in the  Ohio Valley Conference tournament, Division II Regional tournament for last four years, NAIA Conference Championship and Great Lakes Valley tournament championship.  He made additional appearances in the MSHSAA Final 4 in 2005 for Class 3A Boys Championship and 2010 Class 4A Boys Championship and participated in the MIAA tournament. 

Kelly Hill

Kelly Hill is a Division I and Division II NCAA Women's Basketball Official for the last 24 years working in the Big Ten, Big 12, Missouri Valley, Ohio Valley, Summit, Mid American, Horizon, Great Lakes Valley, CCIW, SLIAC and Midwest conferences.  She has made several appearances for the conference tournaments, NCAA Division I tournaments, NCAA Division II tournaments, NCAA Division III tournaments, NJCAA Division I tournaments, NJCAA Division II tournaments and WNIT tournaments.  Previous to working as a women's basketball official, she played for the University of Southern California under Linda Sharp and coached at University of Nebraska and Western Illinois University.

Brad Maxey

Brad Maxey has several years experience as Division I and Division II NCAA Women's Basketball Official working in the Mid-American, Horizon, Ohio Valley, Missouri Valley, Conference USA, Atlantic Sun, Big East, & Great Lakes Valley Conferences  to name a few.  He has made appearances for the NCAA Division II National Championship game, WNIT, WBI, NJCAA National tournament championship game, Great Lakes Valley Conference tournament, Horizon conference tournament and A-10 conference tournament.  He has worked as a clinician in the past with Missy Brooks and other regional officiating camps.

Kayla Carter

Kayla is a Division 1 NCAA Women's Basketball Official working for Conference USA, Missouri Valley, Mid-America, Big East, American, Ohio Valley, Atlantic Sun, Horizon League and Summit Leagues.  She has made appearances in the NCAA Division II National Championship Final Four, NAIA Division I Championship Game, NJCAA National Championship Game, Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament.  In addition to her accomplishments, Kayla was added to the NBA Development League Staff of referees in 2016.

Troy Winders

Troy Winders is a Division I and Division II NCAA Women's Basketball Official working in the SEC, Sun Belt, Atlantic10, Conference USA, Missouri Valley, Ohio Valley, Atlantic Sun, Great Lakes Valley, River States and MidSouth conferences. He has made appearances at the KHSAA Sweet 16 Championship, conference tournaments and NCAA tournaments.  Troy is addtionally basketball assignor in Kentucky and is involved in mentoring basketball referees at all levels.  He has worked with Missy Brooks and other regional officiating camps as a clinician.

Natosha Harris

Natosha Harris is both a NCAA and NAIA official with 12 years as a Division I NCAA Women's Basketball Official.  She works in multiple conferences at various levels and has made appearances in the NCAA Division II National Championship Game, NAIA Division I Championships and other post season tournaments.  She is actively involved in developing and mentoring basketball referees at all levels and she has worked as a clinician at several collegiate camps.  Additionally, as the Intramural Director at the University of Kentucky - she serves as a tenured clinician for the National Intramural Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) Basketball Championships which has a reputation for producing upcoming basketball officiating talent.

Charlie Hurst

Charlie Hurst is a Division I NCAA Women's Basketball Official working in the SEC, Missouri Valley, Sun Belt, Atlantic Sun, Conference USA, Atlantic10 and Great Lakes Valley Conference and several other conferences. He has made appearances as a KHSAA postseason official, several conference championships, the NCAA Division I tournament, WNIT tournament and WBI tournament.  Additionally he has worked as a clinician mentoring new basketball officials with Missy Brooks and other regional officiating camps.

Greg Small

Greg Small has 33 years of officiating experience and is the Coordinator of Officials for MIAA and GAC Women's Basketball Conferences.  He has been a Division I official for 26 years and has made appearances in Division I NCAA tournaments for 17 years.  In the NCAA tournament - he has made appearance to the Regional round 7 times, the Regional finals 3 times and participated in 3 Final Fours in 2001, 2002 and 2004.

Angie Enlund

Angie Enlund has been a collegiate women's basketball official for 24 years, and for 21 of those years in the Division 1 level.  She has made appearances a t 14 NCAA Division 1 tournaments, 2 WNIT National Championships, 1 WBI National Championship and 5 Division 2 Elite Eight tournaments.  Aside from working as an official, Angie is also committed occupation therapist who works with Alzheimer's/Dementia population.

Kenny Siefert

Kenny is a new clinician to Triple Threat Officiating Camp this year, but not to basketball.   He started out his career as a head basketball coach in Louisville, Kentucky at Sullivan Junior College from 1992 - 1995, then from 1995 - 2001 was the head basketball coach at Moberly Community College in Moberly, Missouri.  He then moved to University of Tennessee - Chattanooga and served as Assistant Basketball Coach from 2001 - 2002.  After coaching  for a few years - he then became the Athletic Director at Moberly High School from 2002 - 2016 where he also became involved in officiating.

In 2004 he became an official with MSHSAA and in 2008 he began working college division to include SLIAC, AMC, Heart of America and GLVC conferences.  He is currently the MSHSAA Assistant Executive Director (Director of Officials, Special Reports, Assign Football Officials for Playoffs, Sport of Tennis).  Originally he comes to Missouri from Dale, Indiana.
